Noelle Leger, Pharmacist in Charge

Dr. Erica Noelle Leger brings over 10 years of experience in independent pharmacy with a focus on non-sterile and sterile compounding, as well as several years' experience in allergy immunotherapy to her role at AlleReach Pharmacy. Since joining the AlleReach team in 2019 she has overseen the pharmacy’s transformation from idea to reality and was key to the sterile lab certification and state board inspection. In her role as Pharmacist In Charge at AlleReach, Noelle manages operations and regulatory compliance, ensuring the pharmacy remains compliant with all industry standards and state regulations.

Noelle received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology from Stockton University of New Jersey, and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She completed her certificate in Sterile Compounding and Aseptic Technique (SCAT) in 2014. Dr. Leger is licensed to practice in Texas and has since received earned her pharmacist license by reciprocity in 18 additional states.

Noelle is a full member of the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding (APC), the American Pharmacist Association (APhA), the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the Texas Pharmacy Association (TPA), the Dallas Area Pharmacy Association (DAPA) and is an alumnus of Lambda Kappa Sigma, the professional fraternity for women in pharmacy.

Kurt Heiss, General Manager

Kurt Heiss joins the AlleReach Pharmacy team as General Manager - Pharmacy Operations. An experienced healthcare executive with over 20 years in the healthcare market with an operational and sales background spanning 12 years within the allergy space specifically. Kurt brings an exciting energy and focus to the business by cultivating, creating, and retaining strategic partners while ensuring unmatched quality and integrity in every transaction.

Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Kurt continued his military career leading 10th Special Forces Group in support of Operation Joint Endeavor throughout the Balkans and Eastern Europe. Gaining a unique talent for building and motivating teams, he is specifically adept in inspiring those with varying interests to work together as a single unit with a common purpose.

Kurt also spent time as CEO of one of the region's largest integrated delivery networks, Star Medical Center and Lumin Healthcare. Subsequently, as the owner of Focus Health Services, he worked closely with multiple market segments within healthcare to include Walgreens, developing and launching new pharmacy centers in 72 rural and critical care markets.

Raised across Europe and Africa, Kurt and his family have settled in the Dallas area, calling Texas home since 2008.
